Since 2009, Ken has also developed a keen interest in the non-profit sector specializing in giving courses and seminars on HR & management for the nonprofit sector (various organizations, municipalities & government). Didaskom Consulting specializes in HR, adult education, economic development & management for communities, SME and non-profit companies.
Since 2014, Ken has been involved in international projects with the French community college teaching the teachers and the administration staff. He is now working on a multiyear project in Haiti at the Sgt. Mark-Gallagher Vocational School. The collaborators in this projects are the CCNB, Friends of Mark-Gallagher (FMG), the Federal Government, the AQANU (Association québécoise pour l'avancement des Nations Unies) and the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF).
ABOUT KEN
Ken is passionate Teacher, Consultant (Business, HR & Education), Conference Speaker, Specialist in Adult Education, Philanthropist, Business Coach, Immigration Advocate and International Teacher Trainer.
Ken has a wealth of knowledge and experience in many areas in education, business, sales, marketing, management, training, non-profit, economic development and HR. He is currently teaching at the Community college in Dieppe, New-Brunswick (CANADA) in the business department. Prior to this, he was the Canadian sales & marketing branch manager for a large corporation specializing in plumbing & industrial supplies.
In 2014, he was among the top 30 to be nominated for an award in North America for the John Maxwell Leadership award.
